Apple has fired a lawsuit in Samsung's direction, accusing the electronics giant of copying "the look and feel" of the iPad tablet and iPhone for its Galaxy S 4G, Epic 4G, Galaxy Tab, and Nexus S handsets, so claims the Wall Street Journal.
Apple is firing some harsh words at Samsung:
"Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple's technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products."
Apple also has some compelling side-by-side images:
What's interesting here is that Apple has added the Nexus S to the list. This handset is Google's flagship Android handset (manufactured by Samsung) that runs stock Android 2.3 ... which means that Apple is claiming that Android 2.3 is part of the problem here.
This could get very interesting.
