ZDNet UK's IT Personality of the Year
ZD Net News award for IT personality of 1998 goes to Action 2000 managing director, Gwynneth Flower for her unique not to mention forthright approach in a very difficult position.
Hers has not been an easy job: persuading businesses to act against a bug they can't see is no easy task. She has not shirked from hard hitting criticism and has always been honest with her views, a trait which has had Action 2000's PR machine running into overdrive at times.
"It's not an easy job, but someone's got to do it," Gwynneth Flower '98.
