Melarkode was at Synechron, based in the UK, for 18 months prior to taking the new job at Rackspace.
He will be relocating to Hong Kong for his new role.

He said that he is looking forward to working across the Asia, Australia, and New Zealand regions.
The Rackspace managing director for Australia, Mark Randall, will be reporting to Merlarkode.
