  • We're getting ripped off by every large companies in Australia. Woolworths, Coles, the Banks, Petrol, Telstra, Microsoft, Adobe....

  • It seems I may have jumped the gun a little on Xero. Aussie MD Chris Ridd told me that the "US" product on the Xero site is actually a global product which provides a lesser functionality for its $29 price (has no tax functionality). The Australian product's price, $49, takes into account the fact that it has tax functionality expressly developed for Australia including GST etc. How much that's worth, I'll let you decide.
