LG KE850, a preview of iPhone?

There is some speculation, fueled by a story about the phone at Hungarian site Mobil Portal (mirror), that the LG KE850 (pictured) could be the iPhone.From the few details available the KE850 appears to be based on a 240x400 touchscreen interface, with Send, End and Confirm being the only real buttons.

Pictures of the iTV remote

In case you can't tell by my posts for the last couple of days, I'm really into the iTV. My unhealthy obsession is probably due to the fact I've been waiting forever to get a Mac mini for my home entertainment setup. First I was waiting for Intel, then for Core 2 Duo. For those who share my fascination: a new picture of iTV's remote control popped up on the Interweb yesterday.

I want my iTiVo

My article yesterday talked about the potential for an Apple partnership with Netflix on their upcoming iTV device. Apple's mysterious iTV would be the delivery vehicle for the upcoming Netflix digital download service, or so the theory goes. The other potential Apple partner is TiVo.

Apple's lucky bag returns

Last year the Apple store Shinsaibashi in Japan ran sold a limited amount of "lucky bags" - essentially a grab bag of Apple goodies, including an iPod nano and a limited edition t-shirt. The catch is that you don't know what's inside.

Patent application reveals much about iPod/iPhone

Yesterday I posted a note about Apple's United States Patent Application #20060268528 for a "handheld computing device includes an enclosure having structural walls formed from a ceramic material that is radio-transparent." The details of the patent are extremely revealing about where Apple is headed with the future of iPod and iPhone - if you read between the lines a little bit...
