Apple Stores set new record

By | July 18, 2010, 10:06pm PDT

In his iPhone 4 antenna news conference on Friday, Steve Jobs let slip the number of visitors to Apple’s retail stores during the last quarter. The IfoAppleStore blog says that this is a new record.

Jobs said that its stores hosted over 60 million visitors during the most recent quarter.

The number surpasses the previous record of 50.9 million visitors set in the first quarter of 2010 by about 18 percent, and is substantially more than the 47 million visitors of the previous quarter.

I would imagine it's not nearly as many as the number of people coming in to ask why their overpriced bauble keeps dropping calls.

Yes, 3 million people are walking in and complaining about their iPhone leaving and walking back in to complain again. That is the reason Apple's stock is higher then Micro$oft and Google. Also the reason why analyst are predicting they will report their highest earnings quarter ever, in the next few days. But no one is buying anything from Apple, just complaining about the products they offer.
