Apple....!!!!!
Pathetic loser
who is running Windows Vista, and to this day is still
receiving major updates to fix performance and reliability
issues. How about fixing those damn issues in SP1!
Really, what a pathetic loser you are - do us all a favour and
die quietly in the corner.
RE: Pathetic loser
I'll take issue with just one statement...
with Office 12...."
There are those of us who work at real, full time jobs, who
have no need for Office, and yet we use computers every
day for critical work.
I personally use Cadac Electronics' Sound Automation
Manager (Windows only), figure53's QLab (OS X only),
Yamaha's DME Designer (Windows only), and Yamaha's
Studio Manager (Windows or OS X) every day. I do my CAD
work in Vectorworks (Windows or OS X), my diagramming
in OmniGraffle (OS X, but I could use Visio) and my
database is Filemaker (Windows and OS X). I use a
spreadsheet more for it's nice grid (although I do use some
pretty basic formulas), and Excel works, but is overkill.
Numbers is just fine for me.
My point is: Not everyone works the same way. It's the
software you use, not the Operating System that
matters.
If your software is cross-platform, your choice of OS can
be based on personal preference.
iMac Cost
the HP... You have some serious issues with telling the truth.
The "Apple are more expensive" argument is just utter bull.
HP all-in-one, which is the closest offering, (you have to add
Vista Ultimate, as the other editions offer a subset of Leopard
out of the box features...) start at $1200 + Vista Ultimate
upgrade (oh and an equivalent HP for $1200 - matching
feature for feature - with 8gb RAM... $2106.97 BEFORE SALES
TAX!!!)
Will Apple EVER stop innovating?!?!
;)
Considering
what you're getting at - it is merely a logical extension of SSL
that should have been implemented long ago; Both Firefox
and Internet Explorer support it btw.
Re Will Apple EVER stop innovating?!?!
Available via Software Update
Actually
Hopefully Amarok for Windows will become viable soon because I would still like to be able to synchronize my iPod without having to use my laptop as a go-between.
Amarok is bright shining spot in the Linux landscape
Songbird...
is half baked. Songbird is the way forward.
