  • With an 11" screen...

    ...my first thought is "Apple just made a $1,000 netbook".

    However, on reviewing the specs for this machine, I must say I'm impressed. Core 2 processor, flash drive, an external optional superdrive, a reload USB drive included, 5 hour battery...

    Apple got this one right. Steve's finally been convinced that *only* having a wireless connection to share somebody else's DVD drive was dumb.

    Assuming the build quality is there (something that's always iffy on first-release Apple stuff) I'd say they have a runaway hit for the ulta-portable crowd.
