    While Video is a killer app but currently is not the core of internet. Anyways, Online videos are attracting a lot of new users, mostly tv-viewer and there are a lot more tv-viewer that internauts right now.

    However, I do like Cisco's WebEx alot. It is a great web conferencing tool.

  • videoconferencing has been around forever - it still sucks

    I personally find conference calls pretty lame too.
    (but a hell of a lot less lame than video).
    Email is definitely the best form of communication.

    Watching product / instruction videos is a timewaste too.

    Phone calls - OK for non-technical stuff (social).
    Chat - big time waste
    SMS - expensive.
