This week on The Dan & David Show, we lead off with a discussion of Google Spreadsheets. Is it an Excel killer, a better mousetrap, a Mickey Mouse spreadsheet with integrated GTalk? Is it just another low-end Web-based spreadsheet for soccer moms and dads from a company with a big spigot or the root of a disruptive Web Office? We also discuss the impact of Microsoft OneCare on the competition, Dell's new round of servers, Intel's potential to leapfrog AMD in the processor wars and how to speed up the PC boot process.

I don't know what would cause your OS to take 20 minutes to load, but I just run a standard pavilion notebook with a crappy 3200 AMD processor and it takes my machine 30 seconds to boot to xp home. That includes three security programs and my wireless gsm network connect.

Must be all that MS/symantec/mcaffee toe jam growing inside your processor's synapse.
