    The article says "The tough part is that this practice is legtitimate according to Cringley". How is that so? In light of all these lawsuits we see including the most famous Microsoft one, how is this not unfair? What would make this different than cases such as the Microsoft one?

    Can anyone explain why "models like thesitchboard.ca can't be touched"? I am not a net expert but I don't see how that wouldn't get the same lousy net treatment that other non-tagged traffic gets.
