Juniper launches remote security iPad app

Summary: Junos Pulse is designed to secure remote access and connectivity to enterprise data and applications.

Juniper on Thursday launched an app to better secure Apple’s iPad for corporate networks.

The app, dubbed the Junos Pulse App for the iPad, is available for download on Apple’s App Store. Junos Pulse is designed to secure remote access and connectivity to enterprise data and applications.

Junos Pulse builds on its VPN software that is used by 25 million end users.

Any customer with Juniper VPN can start deploying Junos Pulse for Apple’s iOS 4.2. Juniper also has Junos Pulse for Android, BlackBerry, Symbian and Windows Mobile devices.

I think every company is trying to get on the wagon to get an app that will allow vpn from ipad to corp networks. Juniper has one, Cisco and Sonicwall has one, who is next.
