Of forced downloads, security updates and Trojan horses

Microsoft today disabled the tool that prevented Windows XP Service Pack 2 from automatically downloading itself onto business computers. Also today, the company released a slew of security patches, five of them critical, as part of its monthly update. The critical fixes, which target Windows' TCP/IP networking, Internet Explorer, MSN Messenger, Office and Exchange,?arrive on the heels of Trojan horse e-mails that claimed to come from Microsoft's Windows Update.
