Also today, the company released a slew of security patches, five of them critical, as part of its monthly update. The critical fixes, which target Windows' TCP/IP networking, Internet Explorer, MSN Messenger, Office and Exchange,?arrive on the heels of Trojan horse e-mails that claimed to come from Microsoft's Windows Update. Are phony security updates convincing arguments for automatic patches?
