Remote control for your pet

PetsMobility, Inc. has announced the development of a pet collar with a built-in cell phone. The purpose of the device is to allow concerned owners to "talk" with (at) their pets remotely. Among their plans are the integration of a GPS receiver (which would aid in pet search & rescue operations) and a camera. Apparently, your pet cannot initiate a call--so if you forgot to feed him before leaving for work, he won't be phoning to complain.
