It's an excellent idea to explain the features of removing duplicates in excel in a video format. Though this is obsolete information, I'd like to share another article which explains the things more easily. http://www.techlikes.com/2011/08/23/remove-duplicates-in-excel-20072010.html

I can't watch the video at work, so not sure which version he's showing, but Excel 2010 has a function button built in that lets you remove duplicates( you select the fields you want included in the duplicate check ). It's so simple to use.

in islands using Excel is so yesterday. Don't let employees hoard data that is scattered and not shared.
