@DainBramage1 You can do nothing that has to do with data leaving your phone while on a call.... no texting, email, internet, searching etc.

interesting that none of the pundits speculated on the absence of steve jobs at the announcement. and after the performances of tim cook at some of the last keynotes, the leave of absence of sjobs last year and this very last appearance it is save to say that you see sjobs successor at apple's helm. it is not going to happen soon, but he will be the one. and as an aapl shareholder i feel very confident with this choice.

funny what he said at 3:47: "...the agreement that dan and i have ..., apple has ...". oops.

People come to Steve at Apple events. Steve doesn't go to other company's events.

I'm doing some research for friends who are ready jump into Verizon's iPhone. I have an iPhone 4 on AT&T (love it!!), so I don't know what CDMA can and can't do. Obviously, you can't surf the web while on a phone call. But what about emailing or texting? Can you do that while on a call?

I'm not sure about texting, but emailing is probably out of the question. However, I'm not sure about emailing while talking in a wifi zone.... hmmm

Also, CDMA is supposedly going to enable you to use data while on voice by this summer. I'm not sure if that's going to affect iPhone immediately.
