Yo Lance (at BofA). I've got your one in a million (wrongly processed checks)

Last July, I caught Lance Truman on a Bank of America TV commercial talking about how important the company's IT was to its success.  In that commercial and speaking of  the banks check processing, Truman says "one error in a million is simply unacceptable."  I've already pointed out how BofA's so-called IT advantage fell flat on its face.  But this week, I have the quintessential smoking gun: a copy of a check (included with my monthly statement) -- one that wasn't written to me -- that was deposited into my bank account for no apparent reason.  Now, if the bank want's to spot me some spare cash, that's quite acceptable to me.  But, I'm guessing it's unacceptable to the person that thought they deposited it into their account.  It's no wonder we don't see that commercial on TV anymore. It must have been unacceptable to someone.
