Evernote for Windows Mobile updated with GPS functions and file sync

Summary: I am a big fan of the Evernote clients and service and cast my vote for them in the recent Crunchie contest they won so I was particularly pleased to see that they keep improving the Windows Mobile client right along with the iPhone client. The latest release for Windows Mobile brings a host of new features that I can't wait to try out on my Palm Treo Pro and HTC Fuze.

The new version for Windows Mobile gives you the following:

* Record the Geo location of notes when they are created * Search based on the user's location * Upload any type of file from the Windows Mobile interface (Premium only) * Edit a note, assign/edit tags, change notebooks * Configure the sort order of the search results * Use a memory card to store your cached images and other data forms

If you use Evernote on your Windows Mobile device visit the site and update to the latest version now. Unlike the iPhone where you cannot access the file system on the device, with Windows Mobile and a Premium account you can use the file sync feature right from your mobile device.
