Google continues to provide expanded services for mobile devices and today they announced that Gmail support is now added to Google Sync for iPhone, iPod touch, and Windows Mobile devices. While the Google Android platform offers you the best Google sync/services solution, tools like Google Sync help make other devices more compelling for using Google services.

With the updated Google Sync client you will now get Gmail pushed to your phone. Since I use Exchange for my Contacts and Calendar, it is nice to see that Google lets you choose all or any combination of these three modules to sync with from your device. Simply visit the Google Sync site to get started.

There is currently not support for the Gmail sync for S60 or BlackBerry devices, but I am sure it will be coming like all their previous services.
