Three more HTC Google Android devices coming in 2009

I wrote up a comprehensive review of the T-Mobile G1 back in October and use the device a few times a month to see what is new and interesting in the Android space. I LOVE the notifications on the Android platform and this feature alone is almost compelling enough for me to suffer through the poor battery life and miserable memory management issues. I think the current hardware is targeted more at the mobile phone geek rather than the end consumer, but was pleased to read that three new HTC Android devices will arrive in 2009.

The HTC Magic was announced at MWC last month and may come to the US as the G2. The Magic is essentially a T-Mobile G1 without the keyboard. I actually think the keyboard is a major feature and wouldn't want a G1 without it.

I would personally love to see a Google Android device from HTC modeled after their sleek HTC Touch HD device with that large 3.8 inch 480x800 WVGA display.

Until a significant amount of more memory is added or the ability to store apps or databases on the microSD card is supported I won't buy another Android device because I am tired of constant low memory warnings and having to delete apps to make room for more to try out.
