The video above is a discussion organized by the IIT Madras Alumni Association at Google's Silicon Valley epicenter around 'Social Media Revolution in the Workplace' on February 24th which I was privileged to speak at.

My panelist colleagues were Anshu Sharma - Vice President of Product Management at Salesforce Greg D'Alesandre - Product Manager Google Wave Raju Vegesna -  Zoho's evangelist Matt Tucker - Jive Software CTO  and co-founder Ross Mayfield -  SocialtextChairman, President & Co-founder ...and we were kept in order by moderator Paige Finkelman, also a familiar face at the Enterprise 2.0 Conference. We discuss who is driving the adoption of collaborative tools, What are the biggest barriers to adoption, how does one prove the business value/ROI around social computing and how does one become a better evangelist within their organization, amongst other topics in a wide ranging discussion.

The video is an hour long with plenty of questions from the audience afterwards.
