The video above is a discussion organized by the IIT Madras Alumni Association at Google's Silicon Valley epicenter around 'Social Media Revolution in the Workplace' on February 24th which I was privileged to speak at.

We discuss who is driving the adoption of collaborative tools, What are the biggest barriers to adoption, how does one prove the business value/ROI around social computing and how does one become a better evangelist within their organization, amongst other topics in a wide ranging discussion.
