After debuting with a wild orange-metallic design with its first gaming desktop, the Acer Aspire Predator line has become more demure in style and cheaper in price. Now Acer is launching a new Predator that is even more understated and affordable.

The Predator AG3600 only has orange accents and is priced to appeal to budget gamers at just $899. It’s equipped with a new Intel Core i5-2300 CPU, a solid 8GB of RAM, 1.5TB hard drive, and Nvidia GeForce GT 420 graphics. If that card is unfamiliar to you, it’s available to OEMs only, contains 2GB of video RAM, and supports DirectX 11 graphics. Still, it’s probably the weakest link in the PC’s components list, a bit disappointing since it’s being billed as a gaming system.

Acer says the AG3600 is now available at retailers, but it’s yet to show up at any online shops yet.
