Given that the word “share” is in the model series title, you know that there are going to be some social networking features on here. The M590 boasts a “Share” button on the rear side (that little red button in the photo), which will allow users to upload photos to e-mail clients, Facebook, Flickr, Orkut and YouTube. Users can send to multiple accounts at once.

Kodak has implemented a few of its other signature functions to the M590, including Color Science technology, Smart Capture and face recognition. Some of the other useful-to-know specs include:

  • 2.7-inch bright LCD screen
  • Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon lens
  • Records HD video
  • Supports microSD/SDHC cards
  • Uses rechargeable Lithium-ion battery

Available at some unspecified date this fall, the EasyShare M590 will retail for $199.95, with four colors to choose from: silver, red, purple and blue.
