Fax and phone audits can also be considered for those who wish to increase their accountability for more sustainable operations.
- Print drivers - this software offers a centrally managed tool that will allow you full control over your print fleet. Print drivers are excellent for larger companies, or even smaller companies who want to reduce waste and costs while identifying potential problem areas across the print fleet. This will ensure better use of resources, while also improving printing strategies within the office to cut down on wasted time and wasted costs.
- Green printing - if you want to start 2012 on a greener note, green printing strategies are an excellent way to do so. Your managed print services provider will work with your team to educate them on sustainable print practices. From there, you can begin implementing eco-friendly steps such as digital filing, grayscale printing and other tactics that help to reduce the volume of wasted paper and ink produced each day.
