Georgia was the only state in the US to get an "A" in Education Week's state of technology report, reports the Macon Telegraph.

"In Georgia, we are not only teaching our students about technology, we are using technology to teach our students," state school Superintendent Kathy Cox said in a news release

.

Nationally, 49.5% of classrooms had computers, while in Georgia 65% did. Georgia has also integrated technology standards into its curriculum, and tests on those standards. The report also found that Georgia was one of 23 states that offers a virtual school, where students can take classes online.
