HyperMac has added some colorful options for charging up the iPad and even the iPhone 4 when released. Reminiscent of an iPod Nano, the vibrant external batteries are available in 10 hues with two capacity options.

The lower-end HyperMac Micro sports a 3600mAh capacity and delivers up to five hours of extra power. Meanwhile, the 7200mAh HyperMac Mini bumps the battery life up to ten hours.

Then there’s obviously the most important detail to decide: color. There’s an assortment of 10 shades to choose from: silver, pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black and a ”darker iPad black.”

As these Lithium-ion batteries deliver energy via USB, they can technically charge almost any device USB-powered device.

The HyperMac Micro and Mini batteries are available now for $89.95 and $119.95 respectively. But if you act soon, there’s a $20 discount for a limited time.

Hey look, bout a hundred bucks for some batteries. Great deal there. Sure beats the price of these AA's I'm using now.
