LG’s first foray into the market of Blu-ray players is getting off the ground, as the BX580 has popped up for pre-order on Amazon.

Amazon has the BX580 set up to sell for $399.99, plus some free “super saver” shipping if you’re not in a hurry. Well, you actually can’t be in a hurry with this one as it won’t ship for at least “one to two months.”

For review, the LG BX580 handles full HD 1080p video playback, not to mention 3D and DNLA media as well. With the built-in 802.11n Wi-Fi and HDMI 1.4 support, it’s sure to fit in well with other gadgets in your home entertainment center.
