In just one week, MSI has another AMD-based laptop to unveil, and there are many other eye-catching specs on the ultra-slim X370 notebook as well.
Running on AMD’s brand new E-350 dual-core processor, the X370 could be a useful (and very light) companion for the business and/or avid traveler. The 3.1-pound machine is less than one inch thick and boasts an impressive 10-hour battery life.
Although it’s not very obvious given the promo image above, MSI touts the X370 as “stylish” with a silver, metallic trim along the borders and LED status indicator lights. Other design notes of real use are the chiclet keyboard, multipoint touchpad and 13.4-inch HD, LED-backlit display (1,366 x 768 resolution).
Now let’s take a closer look at some of the internal goodies:
- Windows 7 Home Premium/Basic (64-bit)
- AMD Radeon HD 6310 Discrete-Class Graphics
- 320GB, 500GB and 640GB hard drive options
- 802.11 b/g/n Wi-FI
- Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR
- Gigabit Ethernet
- 1.3-megapixel webcam
- SRS PC Sound technology
- Connectivity: Two USB 2.0 ports, HDMI, VGA, media card reader
Pricing and availability haven’t been revealed just yet.
