Siemens is connecting hearing aids with TVs and other audio sources with this little black box: the miniTek.

The set-up seems relatively easy. Sound is sent directly to the hearing instruments via Bluetooth or a 3.5mm audio jack. Users can either get audio from TV or stereo by installing special Tek transmitters or connected direction using the previously mentioned methods from a computer, audio player or telephone. The last one is important as the miniTek can be used to answer phone calls too.

Transmitters should be working simultaneously, so there shouldn't be any lag time between the audio source and the hearing aid.

The battery life is about four to five hours. It's a medical device, so you'll need to check with your hearing specialist to discuss costs.
