Even though we knew they were coming, T-Mobile has taken the time to announce that the Samsung Galaxy S 4G and LG G-Slate will be coming to "America's Largest 4G Network" very shortly.

Poised to become T-Mobile's fastest smartphone, the Galaxy S 4G features a 1GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird processor, a 5-megapixel camera, a 16GB microSD card, and a 1650 mAh lithium ion battery. Four must be the magic number with this Samsung handheld as it also sports a 4-inch Super AMOLED touch screen and a ST-Ericsson M5720 HSPA+ 4G modem.

Furthermore, while the Christopher Nolan's latest flick hasn't received much love this awards season, Samsung and T-Mobile seem to be fans of Inception, which will be pre-loaded for free to every copy of this Android 2.2-based device.

As predicted recently thanks to a leaked roadmap, the Galaxy S 4G will drop this month. However, T-Mobile has remained mum on the exact date and pricing.

On to the LG G-Slate. Flavored with Honeycomb (Android 3.0), this tablet hosts an 8.9-inch, 3D-capable multi-touch display and a NVIDIA Tegra 2 mobile processor. Together, they make this 4G-ready tablet equipped for 720p HD video playback (or transferring videos to HD and 3D displays via HDMI for 1080p quality) and Flash content.

Other useful specs include 32GB of internal memory, a built-in gyroscope, an accelerometer and adaptive lighting. Unfortunately, T-Mobile leaves us hanging when it comes to any launch plans. Even the product page is lackluster - the tablet literally looks like a slab of concrete!

?America?s Largest 4G Network? What a bunch of BS! T-Mobile has nothing even close to a 4G network and their claims are on the verge of false advertising...
