If you’re going to invest in some 3D technology, you’re probably going to need some 3D-enabled spectacles to go with them. XpanD has yet another pair ready for buying now, the sporty X102 DLP-Link 3D glasses.
The X102 DLP-Link lenses are designed to work with any 3D-ready DLP projectors, so long as they are within a 140-feet range. XpanD is targeting the home and even the classroom as useful settings for such a pair of glasses, citing that “the majority of school projectors contain DLP technology.” It would definitely liven up geometry class.
The X102 3D glasses are available at XpanD’s online store now for a whopping $129 a pop. XpanD calls them an “economical” choice, although this other Bluetooth-enabled pair that debuted at CES 2010 look to be cheaper.
