YouTube's movie experiment starts today
It's yet to be seen if the final product will be a success, but there is certainly enough people that will probably take part in today's big event at YouTube. Director, Kevin Macdonald, is working closely with Google to have users film themselves today -- as exciting or mundane as that might be -- to be part of a movie experiment that makes YouTube users the main characters.

The final product will be a documentary called "Life in a Day". It's going to be a user generated documentary, filmed through the eyes of real people, about a single day -- July 24th, 2010.
