DNF?
boomchuck1 9th Feb 2011
Had to stop and reorient my brain there for a moment. In sporting events DNF is Did Not Finish. Hope that doesn't apply here. Had a lot of fun with Duke Nukem back in the day, even back to when he and Commander Keen were the cool 2D games on my old PC.
@boomchuck1 to be fair, given the history of Duke Nukem Forever, Did Not Finish is also applicable happy
Had to open this to find out what all the fuss was about, couldn't think what it was. Must be because I don't play such games.

Thought it had something to do with Duke University and its basketball team!

i just can wait to kick ass and chew bubble gum ..... you know the rest
I need to clean my keyboard now.
for a decade I was pretty sure this game was never going to be released, and if it was, it would be a mess.
Since Gearbox took over, I've been cautiously optimistic, dare I say, hopeful?
Here's hoping!

From O.J to Lindsay Lohan?
jakerson9@... 10th Feb 2011
The original Duke Nukem 3d had O.J.s White Bronco... this one probably oughta have Lindsay Lohan's snappy White courthouse-dress... It's been a LONG time coming. Most of the target audience were probably in diapers for the original. In the original, I thought they modeled the original Duke to look like Rocky 4's Dolph Lundgren/Ivan Drago http://angrywhitedude.com/wp-content/uploads2/2010/03/ivandrago1.jpg I can't tell who the inspiration is this time.
It has been a long long time.
Really !!! OH MY !!! About Time !!! Looks like we missed alot ! We Need SOME between these.. ! Creatures Not that I saw in town...

This is a decade old piece of vaporware. Will it come on holographic disc as well?
