This is good news usually. I never had the overheat issue, maybe my video card was smart enough not to burn out or something. In any case this usually means gaming gets a little faster, and multiple-gpu support improves.

Suspend mode finally working?

Hope these drivers finally allow systems to wake up from suspend state. I have to stick with Win7 inbox drivers for my HTPC because the updated drivers keep my system from properly waking up. A ridiculous problem.

@hickum
I had this issue too, it only happened when I let the system go to sleep on its own. If I manually put it to sleep it is fine. Seems to be an issue with the AwayMode driver I am guessing. Norton would cause sleep mode to fail if trying to sleep during "idle time" scans.

I agree, I would like to see sleep mode work properly, and the occassional hanging when restarting where the screen goes black, everything is logged off but it doesn't actually restart.
