Target Black Friday ad leaked: 40-inch 1080p HDTV for $298

By | November 9, 2010, 6:56pm PST

It was only a matter of time before we had our first big Black Friday ad leak, and Target earns the honor this year. BlackFriday.info has scanned and posted the print ad (complete with paper folds), and it includes three HDTV deals, including a 40-inch 1080p HDTV for $298.

The Westinghouse VR-4085DF is the biggest door-buster deal, with it currently selling on Target’s Web site for $582.99 — a near $300 savings is nothing to sneeze at. If you’re looking for a larger set, the Apex LD4688 is a 46-inch 1080p LCD that is priced at $449. The set isn’t available online, so it may be a Black Friday exclusive for Target.

More on ZDNet:

Want a top-tier brand instead of Apex and Westinghouse? The Samsung LN32C350 32-inch 720p model is being sold for $327.99. This TV is currently selling at Amazon.com and Walmart.com for $379 and $399.99 at Target’s site.

Compared to Walmart and Best Buy, Target advertises fewer HDTVs, so think of this as the appetizer, with more door-buster deals soon to come as your Black Friday main course.

if it's not brand-name and energy efficient then forget it.
There are many places online where you can find Black Friday Ads that are leaked. Be careful though, some of these ads are leaked as decoys by the retailers. Once upon a time all leaked ads were legit but no longer. Some sites are better at identifying these decoys than others and will not post them. Lesson here.... use this information to plan for your Black Friday but always verify it with the paper on Thanksgiving Day. You can learn how to land these awesome deals by shopping like the Black Friday pros, avoiding the crowds and landing any door buster you wish for by going to http://www.BlackFridaySecrets.NET
Competition among the stores makes for good deals for consumers. An informed consumer knows where to get the info. I subscribe to http://www.BlackFridayAds2010.info They have posts and links on their home page to the current, during and after Black Friday sales at Amazon, Best Buy, Kohl?s, Wal-Mart, etc. They have already posted the 2010 Target Black Friday Ad. They post scans of the Black Friday ads so you can see for yourself the real Black Friday ads. They seem to have the most extensive list of stores - more than other Black Friday sites - more than 75 stores.
Black Friday, wait in line all night deals, are regular prices come February. If you must buy now, don't be a sap and whip out the credit card.
if it's not brand-name and energy efficient then forget it.
