At yesterday's Enterprise 2.0 conference, Prof Andrew MacAfee was candid in discussing just how tough it is to lay out the practical technology framework for delivering on the value promise that Enterprise 2.0 represents. In this short video clip he makes clear that delivering this part of the equation is not a done deal. It can get 'ugly.'

Given that Andrew's past discussions have tended to skate over this topic, it is good to hear one of the 'fathers' of Enterprise 2.0 acknowledge there is an important technical component that cannot be ignored. My wish is that Andrew would have provided real world examples.
