Halloween Holiday: Does 1920's YouTube clip prove time travel?

Halloween spooky video: Does a clip showing a person appearing to talk into a long, black, elongated 'device' in a 1928 Charlie Chaplin film prove time travel exists?

Even I am stumped by this one, and I love a good mystery.

A Belfast man discovered what appears to be a person in a 1928 Charlie Chaplin movie talking on a mobile phone, decades before they were invented.

Already discounted theories of the person listening to an AM radio have been widely discounted as the person seen was talking to a long, black object, similar to an old mobile phone. The person also appeared stunned when they realised they were being filmed on camera.

I can understand many will think this is yet another conspiracist trying to claim the world is run by reptiles in disguise, or that major events in history were in fact orchestrated by a mouldy apple with a grudge. But just take a look and judge for yourself.

You can skip the hyperbole and watch it in slow motion, or watch from the beginning to see this clearly genuine man just out there for answers.

So, what do you think?

Of course, it could just be Doctor Who with an old school hearing aid. But if you have a better theory, leave a comment. Happy Hallowe'en!
