The company has shared a few tidbits so far about what to expect. On the game-development side, the Softies are offering developers the just-released XNA Game Studio 4.0 toolset. This week, the Softies are expected to add Silverlight and Expression Blend to its next-gen mobile development story.

Scott Guthrie, corporate vice president of the .NET Developer Division, Bill Buxton, principal researcher for Microsoft Research, and Joe Belfiore, corporate vice president of Windows Phone Program Management are on the docket.
