Droid RAZR, RAZR MAXX get Ice Cream Sandwich today on Verizon

Just received word from Verizon that the Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR Maxx will start getting an upgrade today. The update will bring the RAZR family on Verizon up to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). These updates typically roll out over time so if you don't see it right away just hang on, it will appear eventually.

This update also makes the Droid RAZR family of phones on Verizon global ready, so once the update has been applied you can use them outside the U. S. with an international data plan.
