Intelligent bookmarking with BlueOrganizer 3.2

By | February 12, 2007, 6:08am PST

If you use Firefox (or Flock) and are looking for a way to capture, organize, and share information about the places you visit and the products you own or wish you did, BlueOrganizer is worth a serious look. I first saw this intelligent organizer last Fall when it debuted at DEMOFall 06. The add-in has just been updated to version 3.2 and features a range of improvements including:

  • Automatic Analysis of Browser history to configure BlueMenu
  • New slick badges
  • Smart BlueLinks with BlueMenu for blogs and profiles
  • Smart BlueLinks on del.icio.us, digg and Facebook
  • Simplified configuration options.

BlueOrganizer 3.2

I particularly like that my Bluemarks are stored online and are accessible from my Tablet PC, my Mac, and my Windows laptop. The Bluelinks integration with del.icio.us (and Digg and Facebook) in this new version is very slick as is the history analysis. Well worth a look for those who are seeking a smart way to collect and manage information.
