TraxMost IT pros like you access the wealth of resources from our IT Directory via search. Using our BT Trax intelligence tool, we recently turned our attention to analyzing search terms to see which ones led to the most downloads across major categories. Illustrated as a tag cloud, below are the terms that led to the most consumption of server titles over a recent 3-month period. Way up on top, the search query "blade servers" accounted for eight percent of all searches leading to downloads of white papers, case studies, and Webcasts. Next, in a four-way tie, came in "clustering", "server consolidation", "VMware", and "Active Directory."

These results are no surprise given that they all are integral to hardware upgrades/consolidation, which is the second top IT priority according to our latest data
