I've come across another example of a cloud email marketing developer reaching into the increasingly crowded small-business CRM space.
The latest offering comes from j2 Global, which is behind the Campaigner service. Its new CRM application is called CampaignerCRM.
Here are some of the features included with the service:
-Sales process management and reporting on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
-Social media integration with Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
-"VIP Assistants" who help support sales representatives
- And, of course, it comes with integrated email marketing capabilities.
Pricing for CampaignerCRM starts at less than $29.99 per user per month.
There are a dizzing number of new CRM applications being focused explicitly on small businesses. You can parse them into two main categories -- those that seek to integrate with just about anything your company is trying to accomplish in a given workday (like tools from Zoho and Sage North America) and those that seek just to help your sales team manage the sales cycle (like ones from OnePage and Stride). Another company vying for attention is InfusionSoft.
