This is the Amiga mini, which is the current Amiga-branded product. It's avaliable in a barebones configuration only for enthusiasts wanting to put in their own ITX mainboard.
The Amiga Mio is the company's next-generation small form factor Amiga product. Like the Mini, it's avaliable in barebones configuration, and will also be avaliable in select configurations from resellers who have joined Commodore's partner program.
