Directory: Mobile Device Management vendors in EMEA
Summary: ZDNet's EMEA directory of MDM vendors has market, product and contact information on companies that provide Mobile Device Management (MDM) products and services.
The consumerization and increasing mobility of IT has brought about widespread Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) adoption in businesses. To guard against security breaches, and also to bring these devices into the IT management fold, Mobile Device Management (MDM) suites are available from a wide range of vendors. These companies range from 'pure-play' MDM startups to software-and-services giants like Microsoft and IBM.
This is not a paid listing, nor is it an exhaustive list. It covers a selection of key vendors in the EMEA region that offer MDM suites — deployed either on-premise or as cloud services — with the aim of providing a starting point for your investigations. We've divided the vendor population into two groups, identified by our analysis of several recent research reports: 'leading' vendors on page 1 and 'other' vendors on page 2.
This is a fast-developing field, so expect to see plenty of activity — particularly acquisitions and strategic partnerships — from these companies in the coming months.
