What if Samsung is, in fact, rubbing its hands together at the prospect of a long, drawn out legal battle?
Apple, through its quest to stop Samsung selling its wares, has made Samsung's products more desirable than they would have been on their own.
As we speak, Samsung should be beavering away in its South Korean headquarters, basing its new business plan around ongoing Apple lawsuits while re-investing all the money it would have spent on advertising into legal costs. That way, products instantly become the next big thing! Come on, who doesn't want something that's been banned?!
I see Samsung resorting to advertising its products on cheesy morning talk shows, and still selling a boatload of product.

Samsung have already said they have no interest in WebOS, they already have Bada. Why would they drop Android anyway? It has the largest market share, the best app selection and very good features, better then any other OS out.
This is why Google now got Motorola, to tap on to this free advertising.
