2012 will no doubt be another testing year for ICT security officers. Security investment remains a top priority for the IT department, but with a growing number of new and old threats, it is critical that you continue to evolve your security provisioning to take into account the changing IT infrastructure and user requirements. Consumerisation has been a key focus for many organisations over the last 18 months and correspondingly much security investment has been focused on this area. In 2012, we are likely to see an increase in threats arising from changes in employee/IT interaction. Organisations are beginning to recognise that BYOD is a mushrooming security issue, while cyber threats and cyber crime are also growing. This event is free for end users.
