Facebook gives local flavor to Singapore office

Facebook opened the doors of its Singapore office to the local press on Tuesday. The social networking company first set up shop here in 2010.

The Singapore office is Facebook's regional headquarters and houses the sales and marketing team as well as business development unit.

The office occupies two floors over an area of 21,000 square feet.

  • The Only Thing With That “Kedai Kopi” Look ...

    ... is that uncushioned wooden chairs are probably not the most comfortable in an air-conditioned environment.

    Can you get kopi tarik and teh tarik as well? Or are those more Malaysian rather than Singaporean beverages?

      I hadn't looked too closely at their coffee machines but I think employees will need to "tarik" the kopi or teh themselves. :)
