Cloud services integrator Fruition Partners, which achieved ServiceNow Preferred partner status in spring 2013, has developed a premium managed service under which it will take over support and governance for the cloud-hosted IT services management and automation platform on behalf of its customers.

It has plenty of expertise in installing and planning ServiceNow engagements: so far, the company has handled more than 400 deployments. As part of the new managed service it will pick up the following services on behalf of its clients:

  • 24x7 support from accredited resources
  • Architecture insight
  • Release management and coordination
  • Incident and request support
  • Application development
  • Upgrade regression testing 

Some of Fruition Partners publicly declared reference accounts include Coca-Cola, Delphi, General Electric, Fox, Target, Tiffany & Co., Viacom, and Yale University. Its staff includes more than 150 cloud services experts, represented in offices in Chicago, Atlanta, San Diego and New York.
