Of course, this followed the accidental exposure of customer details on a website meant to only be available to Telstra employees but indexed by Google, meaning the information was there for the world to see.

This all happened on the same week that you find out your network upgrades aren't compatible with the iPhone 4S, and it looks like the competition regulator is going to make your life much harder.

So all in all, it was a tough week for Telstra.
