in brief Will we see the Galaxy Tab 10.1 before Christmas? All will be revealed tomorrow when the fate of the injunction on the Samsung tablet is decided in the Federal Court of NSW.

"Judgement in this matter will be delivered in the Federal Court in Sydney tomorrow by Justice Lindsay Foster on behalf of the full bench at 12.30pm," the Federal Court said in a statement today.

Samsung hit the Federal Court with a vengeance last week when it sought to have the injunction slapped on its Galaxy Tab 10.1 overturned in time for the Christmas period. Apple won a temporary injunction against the device in October for patent infringement, before Samsung sought to appeal the verdict.

While Samsung's Australian legal team has sought to overturn the injunction via the appeals court, Samsung's international counterparts have been a little more creative by redesigning the device to dodge the Apple injunction.
